The storage boxes come as an optional extra at £50 per pair (if you order them at the same time as the bench). The boxes are very handy and let you keep loads of bits and bobs in them that the children can use for pretend play. Or you can turn them into sensory boxes for younger or SEN children.
The workbench is made from Scandinavian Redwood, which means it is durable enough to withstand being kept outside, but good looking enough to be brought inside for indoor play.
But don’t worry about splinters. We thoroughly sand and finish all our products to make sure little fingers don’t get pricked.
We treat all our products with non-toxic, child friendly chemicals, so the wood stays looking good as new and can withstand boisterous use and insect attack.
The workbench arrives fully assembled, so you don’t need to bother trying to fit it all together yourself and does not require any installation.
We have thoroughly health and safety tested the bench, so we are confident little fingers, clothes toggles, hair, or anything else, can not get stuck in any of the small spaces.
